Our Promise

1) We promise to completely replace or repair item(s) that are considered manufacturer/workmanship defects.

2) We promise to completely replace item(s) that are damaged through misuse and abuse, lost/stolen, fire, or natural disaster at 10% off of the current retail price.

3) Customer has the right to cancel order within 3 business days from the original order date.  All engraved orders are non-refundable.
